From Chaco Boreal in Paraguay. This cactus is extremely easy to flower and great for beginners. It makes a splendid show even at an early age. This is a plant to be suggested to all cactophiles for its very eye-catching flowering. It offers no cultivation difficulties and is a great beginner cactus. Native too Argentina. Beautiful large flowers. Colours can be red, pink and pastel. Flowers in April-May.
