Prickly Pear Opuntia Cold Hardy Cactus Cutting
Will survive outdoors year-round throughout much of Canada. Cold Hardy to around -23 C.
Produces juicy and edible red or purple fruits.
The prickly pear is the only native cactus species in Canada and is considered endangered, with only two small populations known to be persisting today.
This species is particularly beautiful for its deep purple colour.
